This Privacy Policy explains what information ClipWorkshop LLC ("ClipWorkshop", "we", "us") collects when you use our website and app (the "Service"), how we use it, and the choices you have.

Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored in hashed form) when you sign up.
Content you provide: images, video, audio, text prompts, and other material you upload or generate through the Service.
Usage data: pages visited, features used, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address, collected automatically as you use the Service.
Payment information: if you subscribe to a paid plan, billing details are collected and processed by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers on our own servers.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including generating output from your prompts and uploads.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support requests.
- To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Uploaded content and generated output are retained until you delete them or close your account, after which they're removed from active systems within 30 days (backups may persist briefly longer for disaster-recovery purposes).

- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by contacting us at the email below.
